Session Details
what kind of pictures am I getting?
For your Photo Session, you will be able to work with the photographer to see which kinds of pictures will best fit your needs. This may include posed and/or candid pictures with everyone, pictures with each child or member by themselves or with an animal, along with many other options. We will work with you to personally customize your shoot (within our limits of operation).
The overall charge of the session does not specify exactly how many pictures you will receive at the end of it, overall it will be approximately 20-30 final pictures.
REMINDER: While our animals are very friendly and love to do their job taking pictures with you guys, they are still animals. They like to explore with their mouths sometimes, and might nibble (or in some cases peck). Nevertheless, we treat our animals with respect, and expect you to as well. If you are uncomfortable with a certain animal or a behavior it is doing, please let us know and we will resolve the problem.

Cancellation policy
If you need to reschedule your session due to sickness, injury, or scheduling conflict, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your session. We understand life happens, so please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment and we will gladly reschedule your appointment at our earliest available date. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment or are a no-show for your appointment you will forfeit your session fee, unless an extreme circumstance has occurred.
