We purchased a 30 pound turkey for our Thanksgiving dinner and it was truly delicious. We cooked it traditionally, adding very little seasoning, and enjoyed a fresh, juicy turkey that cooked more quickly than we expected. The meat held the flavor wonderfully and it was just as good for several days
